    I hate to give bad reviews, but I have to be honest about my experiences and this place just does not leave me with much good to say about it. The Lo Mien was more like Spaghetti and the Beef Fried rice was horrible almost crunchy and the beef I don't know but it didn't taste like beef at all more like Jerky or something similar, service was bad and extremely slow, then to top it all off I question how sanitary the place is, just didn't appear to be real clean to me. I will not patron this establishment again. Give them a shot if you want, but if you like good Chinese food I would look elsewhere!

    The most disgusting establishment I have ever put on my taste buds!! I ordered online at 11 am my order didn't arrive til 1:15pm. Online the order was supposed to be here at 12:32pm. The driver arrives and states he had just arrived to deliver the food. I order shrimp chow mein which I thought consisted of noodles but I got a bunched of wet lettuce. I am so upset at not only the delivery but also the food presentation when I spoke with manager she only gave a 3.00 off my 32.00 dollar!!! My lunch time is wasted and still hungry.... TRASH!

    Called about 1 to 2 hours ago and asked how long they was open,"they said till 10:30. My husband drives a truck so when we finally got parked it was a little after 8. Nothing around will deliver except them. So I called and ask to place an order at 8:15 she said sorry we are closed, and hung up on. So it's a monday night and no delivery. So off to bed we will just get breakfast at 5am. Only bv reason they got 1 star is because I have to put something.

    Not too shabby. It's in a kind of sketchy area and the interior isn't great to look at but the food is actually pretty decent and the portion sizes are generous.

    I ordered from New China @ 2857 Kirby Road - online.  One of the items I ordered was Sweet & Sour Chicken.  When I got home, there was chicken with NO sweet & sour sauce.  I called the store back and the woman who waited on me told me to "return and pick up the sauce".  I told her that was unacceptable and that I wanted my card debited for the full cost.  She said I had to talk to the owner, Chan.  I called Chan and after a lengthy conversation (he offered me two egg rolls, or, said I could return to pick up the sauce - both unacceptable).  After a long while, he agreed to credit my debit card for $5.49.  It has been two days and I keep getting the run around about the credit.  Today, I called the original store and was told, "wait 5 more days and then call back" - unacceptable.  She ended up hanging up on me when I asked to speak with Chan.

    This is not the first instance where my order was shorted or wrong.

    The food from New China is only so-so.  If you do go there, make them show you every item on the order before bagging it.
